Cancellation Policy/Terms and Conditions

 

☑️ You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
☑️ For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
☑️ If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
☑️ Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
☑️ Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
☑️ Full payment is required upon reservation.
☑️ Please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time & location listed on your Tour Confirmation. We can allow a maximum 5 minute grace period from your scheduled time in order to keep the entire tour on schedule. Late arriving guests who miss the tour at their scheduled time and location are not entitled to any refund.
☑️ We may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
☑️ We are not responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings during the tour. Do not bring anything valuable as much as possible. Always keep belongings safe and secure.
